this idea is simple, its just going to be a microchip that would be implemented on all newborns,this microchip could keep track of, the overall health of the user, location and store important data, this should not be expensive since electronics are cheap nowadays, this device could also help the goverment keep track of the overall population, this device would also help a lot on the medical areas, since its inside the body an scan of the device must deliver data such as,blood type, alergies, current blood stadistics, and any diseases the user might have.

since this is useful for the medical area and the goverment, the founding must be from these two powerful entities, leaving a lot of room for improvement and further research.

is it easy to use for third world countries?

at the start it may not, since medics and goverment personel must be updated with the most recent info, and that would take some years, but once running this might help to keep a higher life quality and the ability to maintain people healthy.

Yesterday I had a terrible nightmare. A monster covered in blood broke into my house and killed every single one of my family members in front of me, and finally killed me in the end.
